I talk with Dr. Kimi Caswell about her early dental career years. She said "I met with several dentists and orthodontists and they were gracious enough to take me to lunch, but they were defining my role for me. You know, you should be a wife, you should have children. You shouldn't try to open an office. You should practice one day a week." Sound familiar?
